What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, phone number, email address, floor area and your message. We need your name and phone number to reply; the other fields are optional.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or another messenger, we process the data you include in your message.

To protect the form from spam, we keep a hash of the IP address the enquiry was sent from for one hour, without the address itself.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

Performing the contract, if we sign one — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; accounting and tax obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Protecting the site from spam and establishing or pursuing claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller).

Who receives the data

Data may be passed to companies that provide services to us: website hosting, email (Google) and, if we sign a contract, our accounting office. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

If we do not sign a contract, we keep the correspondence about your enquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact.

Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract and then until claims become time-barred and the periods required by tax law expire.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

We store one technical cookie, pll_language, which remembers your chosen language for one year. You can delete it in your browser settings.
